i stayed in a double room with two double beds and club access. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! i especially liked the great choices available.
the qr code for room service didn't work. it was a very minor inconvenience.

satisfactory stay
convenient location well-equipped gym confusing elevator noisy air conditioning
the location is quite convenient. seaport village is right next door, and it made for easy shopping and dining. the gym is also very well-equipped (i especially liked the variety of machines).
The elevator system was a bit confusing. i had to scan my card to be directed to a specific elevator and it was not intuitive. the room's air conditioning unit was also quite noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult.

Our room had great views. The staff was helpful. The hotel food was tasty. The hotel's location provided convenient access to many attractions. I appreciated that the fitness center was complete. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety of options available was excellent.
The elevators sometimes took a long time, but it was manageable.

great location ocean view breakfast buffet stuffy room weird bedding high-pitched noise
The location was great near the water. I had an ocean view from my room. the breakfast buffet was delicious, i liked the variety. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room had issues regulating its temperature. It got very stuffy. when i turned the ac on, it took a while to cool down. the bedding was weird, it wasn't microfiber material. i also heard a high-pitched noise, like water pressure, on and off all night.
